At the pinnacle of my career, I found myself suddenly facing unemployment and a daunting battle with breast cancer at the age of 61. However, what initially seemed like a setback became a gift—an opportunity for profound healing and self-reflection.

During this time of introspection, I scrutinized the decisions that led me to where I stood in my career. I identified my strengths, passions, and aspirations with clarity I hadn't known before. It was then that I dared to believe in my potential for a fulfilling career and life, anchored in self-awareness and unwavering self-worth.

Driven by a lifelong passion for empowering others, I founded URise Consulting. Here, I am committed to guiding individuals, much like myself, towards discovering their innate strengths and capabilities.
